- 1 Tablespoon. Diamond Crystal or 1 1/2 tsp. Morton kosher salt
- 2 tsp. Kashmiri chili powder, gochugaru, or moderate crushed red pepper flakes, such as Aleppo-style

Preparation

Location a rack in center of oven; preheat to 300 °. Toss crackers, cereal, and nuts in a big bowl to integrate.

Melt ghee in a little pan over medium heat. Blend in honey, miso, and garlic and cook, blending sometimes, till simply starting to bubble around the edges, about 1 minute. Put dressing over cereal mix and toss with a versatile rubber spatula to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over and toss once again to integrate.

Transfer celebration mix to a big parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet and bake, tossing two times, up until golden and warm in color, 40 – 45 minutes. (The mix will feel soft out of the oven however will get crispier as it cools.)

On the other hand, grind dietary yeast, salt, and chili powder in spice mill or with mortar and pestle to a great powder.

While still hot, move celebration mix to a big bowl. While tossing, spray spice mix over and continue to toss up until equally covered. (If you attempt to season the mix on the baking sheet, you’ll lose the majority of the spices to the sticky bottom.) Eliminate liner from baking sheet.
